Effective Catalog

The catalog utilized upon a student’s initial enrollment in the College typically dictates degree or certificate requisites. However, the applicable catalog must not be more than four years old at graduation. A student can opt to fulfill requirements from any subsequent catalog released within the four-year timeframe, including the present year. This decision should occur well before filing a graduation application.

If a student experiences a hiatus in enrollment, they may need to adhere to program criteria outlined in the catalog effective at the time of re-admission due to program alterations. Previous coursework might undergo evaluation for relevance to any updated program. In cases where the student’s former program is discontinued or a public notice of discontinuation is issued, re-enrollment in that program is not permitted.

The College retains the authority to substitute discontinued courses, alter course content, approve course substitutions in degree or certificate programs, or waive prerequisites or corequisites for courses.
