At Aims Corporate Solutions, we empower Northern Colorado businesses through customized, non-credit training designed to strengthen workforce skills, close skill gaps, and drive long-term growth. We maintain strong partnerships with the business community and industry leaders to ensure our training solutions remain relevant, practical, and results-driven.  Our programs range from foundational skills-such as leadership, project management, and computer skills-to advanced technical training in areas like machining, industrial maintenance,  and continuous improvement. We collaborate closely with employers to co-develop training, design targeted curricula, incorporate work-based learning, provide mentoring and coaching, and engage in strategic planning aligned with their workforce goals.Training can be delivered on-site at the company or at any Aims campus and may be self-funded or supported through Colorado state grants such as the Skill Advance program. These ongoing partnerships allow us to respond quickly to evolving industry needs and contribute to sustainable workforce development across the region.
