PHY 212 - Physics: Calculus-Based II with Lab [SC1]Credits: 5
(PHY 212 is only offered Spring Semester.) Covers the physics of electricity and magnetism using conceptual and mathematical reasoning, including calculus. Maxwell’s equations, waves, and time-varying circuits will be covered. Optional topics include wave and geometric optics and AC circuits. This is a statewide Guaranteed Transfer course in the GT-SC1 category. Prerequisite(s): CCR 092 and PHY 211 and MAT 202 (may be taken concurrently). Five credits.
