RTE 289 - Capstone

Credits: 0 to 12
Prepares the radiologic technology student to sit for the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification examination through a comprehensive review of RTE program curriculum, with practice answering certification examination-type questions through the administration of multiple mock certification exams. Provides the student with the requisite skills to effectively search for a job in medical imaging. This course is taken during the spring of the student’s second year. Students must pass all of the first year and second year fall courses to continue in this program. Differential tuition rates apply. Repeatable with a maximum of 12 credit hours. Zero to twelve credits.
Prerequisite(s): RTE 281 with a grade of “C” or better. Majors only.
Corequisite(s): RTE 132 and RTE 282
