Provides an overview, history, and examination of the horror genre. Students will analyze films from a variety of perspectives: drama, history, culture, and film aesthetics and techniques. The approach will be by sub-genre, i.e. Vampires, Mad Scientists, Zombies, etc. Course is not repeatable for credit.
