Expands students’ interpretive, interpersonal, and presentational communicative abilities in the language across the disciplines. Integrates these skills with the study of the cultures in which the language is used. Offers a foundation in the analysis of culture and develops intercultural communicative strategies. Course is not repeatable for credit.

Prerequisite(s): ITA 1011 with a grade of “C” or better.
