• BIO 2104 - Microbiology with Lab: GT-SC1 Credits: 4
• ENG 1021 - English Composition I: GT-CO1 Credits: 3
• HWE 1050 - Human Nutrition Credits: 3
• MAT 1260 - Introduction to Statistics: GT-MA1 Credits: 3
• PSY 2440 - Human Growth and Development: GT-SS3 Credits: 3

• *BIO 2101, 2102, 2104, & HWE 1050: Courses must have been taken within the last 7 years

Semester 1 (Fall):

• NUR 2011 - Psychiatric-Mental Health Nursing Credits: 4
• NUR 2012 - Pharmacology II Credits: 2
• NUR 2006 - Advanced Concepts of Medical-Surgical Nursing I Credits: 6.5 to 8

Semester 1 Total Credits: 12.5

Semester 2 (Spring):

• NUR 2016 - Advanced Concepts of Medical-Surgical Nursing II Credits: 5 to 6
• NUR 2030 - Transition to Professional Nursing Practice Credits: 4 to 5
• Elective - 3 credits
