The Transitions Center provides students with the necessary tools and experiences to pave their way to academic success, graduation, and entry into the workplace or transfer to another institution. The Transitions Center includes Transfer Services, including Aims2UNC, Career Services, and the Finish What You Started program.

Aims2UNC makes it easier to achieve your academic goals! We’ve simplified the transition between Aims Community College and the University of Northern Colorado, so you can focus on what matters most - earning your degree.
Benefits students receive by being accepted into the Aims2UNC program:

Individualized advising - Participants work closely with their Aims2UNC transition advisor to develop a plan focused on completing an associate’s degree at Aims and a bachelor’s degree at UNC. Throughout this process, students will receive on-going updates, tips and support tailored to their personal and educational needs.

UNC engagement opportunities - Aims2UNC participants are students at both campuses, affording them the opportunity to engage in co-curricular experiences like clubs and organizations, on-campus events and access to UNC facilities to name a few.

Cost savings through scholarship opportunities - In addition to paying Aims’ tuition rate while earning their associates degree, all Aims2UNC participants who meet eligibility criteria may be eligible for additional scholarship support while attending Aims.
