The Transitions Center provides students with the necessary tools and experiences to pave their way to academic success, graduation, and entry into the workplace or transfer to another institution. The Transitions Center includes Aims2UNC, and Career and Transfer programs and services.

Aims2UNC makes it easier to achieve your academic goals! We’ve simplified the transition between Aims Community College and the University of Northern Colorado, so you can focus on what matters most - earning your degree.
Students accepted into the Aims2UNC program will benefit from targeted advising, UNC engagement opportunities, and cost savings through scholarship opportunities. Program participants will work closely with their Aims2UNC transition advisor to develop a plan focused on completing a bachelor’s degree at UNC. Throughout this process, students will receive on-going updates, tips and support tailored to their personal and educational needs. Aims2UNC participants are students at both campuses, affording them the opportunity to engage in co-curricular experiences like clubs and organizations, health and wellness programs, and on-campus house to name just a few. In addition to paying Aims’ tuition rate while earning their Associates degree, all Aims2UNC participants who meet eligibility criteria may be eligible for scholarship support while attending Aims.
