BIO 105 - Science of Biology w/Lab [SC1]Credits: 4
Examines the basis of biology in the modern world and surveys the current knowledge and conceptual framework of the discipline. Explores biology as a science, a process of gaining new knowledge, and the impact of biological science on society. This course includes a laboratory experience. Designed for non-science majors. This is a statewide Guaranteed Transfer course in the GT-SC1 category. Four credits.
Prerequisite(s): MAT 055 or MAT 107 or higher, and CCR 092 or higher with grades of “C” or better. Prerequisite courses may be taken concurrently
