Prerequisites:
Current CPR card prior to clinical entry, criminal background check with no disqualifying offenses, and drug screen.

*BIO 201, 202, & 204 have a 7 year expiration
** ENG 121, 122, or 131 will be accepted, it has a 10 year expiration unless part of a degree
***HPR 144 must be a 3 credit course and has a 7 year expiration
****MAT 107, 108, 120, 121, 125, 135, 155, 201, 202, 203, or 255 will be accepted, 10 year expiration unless part of a degree
