The Transitions Center provides targeted support throughout important periods of your educational journey, helping you achieve your academic and career goals. The Transitions Center includes HS2Aims, Aims2UNC, Transfer Services and the Reisher Bridge Scholars program.

HS2Aims offers dedicated support if you are earning college credit through concurrent enrollment or if you are a graduating senior transitioning to Aims.
Your HS2Aims success coaches will help you navigate the opportunities and challenges that come with starting college coursework early and preparing for life as a college student:

Get academic advising as a concurrent enrollment student.

Plan your continuation at Aims after high school graduation.

Explore degree pathways, including career and technical education (CTE) and transfer options.

Aims2UNC makes it easier for you to achieve your academic goals by streamlining your transition from Aims to the University of Northern Colorado (UNC).
If you are accepted into the Aims2UNC program, you will benefit from:

Individualized success coaching: Work closely with your Aims2UNC transition advisor to create a plan for completing your associate degree at Aims and your bachelor’s degree at UNC. You’ll also receive ongoing updates, tips, and support tailored to your needs.

UNC engagement opportunities: As an Aims2UNC participant, you are considered a student at both campuses, giving you access to student clubs, events, and facilities at UNC.

Cost savings through scholarships: You’ll pay Aims’ tuition rates while earning your associate degree and may qualify for additional scholarship support if you meet eligibility requirements.

Transfer Services

Transfer Services helps you prepare for your next destination if you plan to transfer to another college or university.
You can meet with a transfer success coach to explore your options and create a plan that fits your educational and career goals:

Reisher Bridge Scholars

The Reisher Bridge Scholars Program supports you as you complete your associate degree at Aims and prepare to transfer successfully to a four-year institution as a competitive Reisher Scholars applicant.
As a Reisher Bridge Scholar, you can:

Receive personalized academic and transfer success coaching.

Build community connections with other Bridge Scholars.

Earn up to $3,000 in scholarship support during your final year at Aims.

Access direct connections to staff and resources at Reisher partner universities.

Get assistance completing applications for admissions, financial aid (FAFSA), the Reisher Scholars Program, and other scholarships.
