The MOSAIC strives to create opportunities for shared community and belonging among all Aims Community College students through intentional programming and engagement efforts. Rooted in evidence-based practices related to belonging and student departure theory, The MOSAIC incorporates additional theoretical frameworks and learning models to best serve and engage students and foster meaningful connections.
