Registration Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds

Course Cancellations

Aims Community College reserves the right to cancel course offerings when enrollment is too low to make the course educationally sound or economically viable. Courses canceled by the College will result in a full refund. For additional information view the Class Cancellation Policy.

Adding, Dropping, or Withdrawing from Classes

You must register every semester and can add, drop or withdraw from classes online through your student Workday account. We recommend that you register for courses as early as possible before the semester starts so that you can get the best selection of courses and double check that your student information is correct. If you have to change your schedule, be sure to pay attention to the official deadlines for each course.

Non-attendance does not constitute an official drop. Telephone requests for adds, drops, or withdrawals are not accepted; however, telephone assistance is available to guide students through the online process.

For more details about Adding, Dropping, or Withdrawing from Classes please visit the Registration & Records Website.

Withdrawal from All Classes/Withdrawal from the College

Students who wish to withdraw from all classes or from the College must do so online. Assistance is available in person or by phone through the Registration and Records Office.
