What is CARE Case Management?
The CARE Program is committed to supporting the overall well-being of Aims students. Our mission is to connect you with the resources and assistance you need to overcome challenges and stay focused on your academic goals. Whether you’re navigating stress from college life or dealing with concerns like financial strain, housing insecurity, transportation issues, or food access - the CARE team is here to help.
When to Submit a CARE Report
If you or another student is experiencing personal distress, struggling with basic needs, or encountering obstacles that could impact success, we encourage you to file a CARE report. Your referral allows us to provide the right support at the right time.
How to Submit a CARE Report
Reports can be submitted online at: aims.co/care-report. All reports are reviewed with care and discretion. Information is shared only as necessary to provide appropriate support and in accordance with college policy.
We’re Here to Support You
Please note that CARE Case Management does not provide walk-in or crisis services. In the event of a life-threatening emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest hospital emergency department. If you or someone you care about is experiencing mental health concerns, call or text 988 or visit 988lifeline.org for immediate support.
CARE Case Management supports students in navigating challenges and remaining focused on their academic goals.
