The MOSAIC aims to create opportunities for community and belonging among all Aims Community College students through purposeful programming and engagement efforts. It bridges gaps between individuals and communities while fostering a space of belonging and mutual respect. We celebrate the authenticity of each person, empowering personal growth and strengthening the bonds of unity to build a truly interconnected community. The MOSAIC is a space where all students can be fully engaged!
Programs and Services
MOSAIC Programs
The MOSAIC creates a vibrant and welcoming space for all students to connect, access essential resources, and participate in enriching programming. We proudly highlight and celebrate diverse identities and experiences through events and initiatives focused on Unity, Hispanic Heritage Month, LGBTQ+ History Month, Black History Month, Disability Awareness Month, Pride, first-generation students, non-traditional students, neurodivergent students, student parents, and more - everyone is invited to participate!
Affinity Groups
Recognizing the diverse needs of our student body, this space empowers affinity groups to connect, support, and uplift one another. Groups may represent a broad range of identities and experiences, including but not limited to: adult learners, first-generation students, LGBTQ+ students, neurodivergent students, student parents, and students with disabilities. Affinity groups are open to all students!
Community Lounge
The lounge space provides a comfortable and functional space for relaxation and socializing. Amenities include comfortable couches, a 50-inch TV, a kitchenette, and easy-charging power stations.
