VA Education Benefit Support

Aims Veteran Services partners with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) to help students access and use their education benefits under Title 38 of the United States Code.  Veteran Services is a one-stop resource for VA education benefit information and provides support for active-duty members, Veterans, and their families.

VA Educational Benefits Available to Those Who Qualify

  • Chapter 30: Montgomery GI Bill®
  • Chapter 31: Veterans Readiness & Employment Services
  • Chapter 33: Post-9/11 GI Bill®
  • Chapter 35: Dependents Educational Assistance

Students eligible for VA education benefits are encouraged to contact an Aims School certifying Official (SCO).  Certifying offices are available on both the Greeley and Windsor campuses.  To allow time for processing, students should submit their Certificate of Eligibility and a request to use VA benefits to the SCO at least four weeks before the start of the semester.
