Focuses on the necessary skills to lead in complex systems. This course covers emergency leadership core competencies including critical thinking, problem solving, visionary strategic planning, organizational communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. Additionally, it introduces ethical obligations in the emergency leadership profession. Restricted to Public Safety majors only. Course is not repeatable for credit
