AMT 2102 - Non-Metallic Structures, Composites, and Finishing

Introduces application, maintenance, and repair of aircraft structural wood and fabric covering materials. This course includes application and maintenance of protective finishes, composite materials as applied to aircraft construction, and the maintenance and repair of items made of these materials. Differential tuition rates apply. Restricted to Aircraft Maintenance Technician majors only. Course is not repeatable for credit.

Prerequisite(s): AMT 1101, AMT 1102, AMT 1103, AMT 1104, AMT 1105, AMT 1106, AVT 1001, MAT 1100, and PHY 1030 with grades of “C” or better.
