The study of Humanities, including philosophy, literature, and related disciplines, offers numerous benefits to students. These include developing deep analytical reading skills, critical and creative thinking, a greater understanding of human endeavors, and an appreciation for diverse cultures, both past and present.

Many courses fulfill general education requirements or serve as electives toward Aims degrees and transfer to four-year colleges. Course offerings vary each semester and may be scheduled annually, biannually, or on demand. For detailed information, please consult the Aims Two-Year Academic Course Schedules or the general course schedule.
