HIS 225 - Colorado History [HI1]

Presents the story of the people, society, and cultures of Colorado from its earliest Native Americans, through the Spanish influx, the explorers, the fur traders and mountain men, the gold rush, railroad builders, the cattlemen and farmers, the silver boom, the tourists, and the modern state. This course is a state guaranteed transfer course GT-HI1. Prerequisite(s): HIS 101, HIS 102, HIS 111, HIS 112, HIS 201, HIS 202, HIS 236, HIS 247, or HIS 249. Three credits.
