MAN 255 - Flow/Fast Cycle/Value Proj MgtCredits: 3
Introduces participants to new project management techniques based
on the lean thinking principles, fast cycle project management, and
value-based project management. Topics include project flow systems, last
planner system, phase scheduling, value analysis, and ISO 9000 quality
management. Participants will develop an understanding of recent thinking
and theories in project management. Prerequisite(s): MAN 166. Three
credits.
